I am a partner with the law firm of Baker & Daniels LLP. We represent many corporate domain name owners, including large corporations with branded web sites as well as domain name internet advertisers, most being in the Commercial & Business constituency (although there may be some in the Internet Service & Connection Providers, and Non-Commercial constituencies).
The law firm's representations often include transferring domain names relating to business transactions and litigation (both US Federal Actions, UDRP's, and enforcement actions in non-US jurisdictions).
Other than the above mentioned relationships, I have no known direct involvement with any other ICANN constituency, supporting organization, or advisory committee.

Managing Director Othello Technology Systems Ltd, a UK based DataCentre operator, providing colocation, dedicated servers, email/web hosting and domain registration to primarily EU small business.

All the usual Director roles within a growing SME - everything from making strategic decisions to making the coffee. My (current) main daily activities are in the oversight and training of our technical staff handling domain & hosting support, as well as dealing directly with registrar, registry and registrant issues relating to AWOL hosts/designers/resellers/registrars/etc.
3. Identify any financial ownership or senior management/leadership interest in registries, registrars or other firms that are interested parties in ICANN policy or any entity with which ICANN has a transaction, contract, or other arrangement
Shareholder of Othello Technology Systems - an ICANN accredited registrar Member London Internet Exchange (LINX) Member Nominet (the .uk Registry)
4. Identify any type of commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development outcomes. Are you representing other parties?
Our commercial interest is in seeing the interests of "ordinary" domain registrants taken care of, as for 15 years, they have been our main customer base - the sole-traders, individuals and unquoted-companies that have adopted internet use into their daily culture and procedures, long before big business discovered what an email address is.
5. Describe any arrangements or agreements between you and any other group, constituency or person(s) regarding your nomination or selection as a work team member.
As someone who deals with the end-users of domain transactions every day, the outcome of this (and related) working groups has a direct bearing on our hand-holding of non-technical domain registrants through the processes of purchase, sale, transfer and management of their domains.
I'm short and blunt - in life as well as discussions - so I'll apologise in advance for any offence caused but not intended.

I am Director of Policy and the Compliance Officer for VeriSign, Inc. As an employee who supports VeriSign's naming services business, I often have access to registry sensitive information including information about registrars. Specific responsibilities include managing the team that is responsible for processing level 1 disputes filed by ICANN accredited registrars under the Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy. With regard to both our gTLD and ccTLD registration services businesses, as well as other VeriSign businesses, our customers and business associates have interests in various ICANN policy issues and may be members of other GNSO constituencies and/or supporting organizations.
In addition to Registry Agreements with ICANN for .com and .net, VeriSign also has obligations to the U.S. Department of Commerce through a cooperative agreement that was initiated in 1993 and has been amended many times since then. Those obligations include providing the A and J root servers as well as support to ICANN in implementing changes in the root zone file. VeriSign is a member of the gTLD Registry Constituency(RyC). I will be representing the views of the RyC, as applicable, not my own or VeriSign's. Inthat regard, I will endeavor to always qualify any personal statements as such and will follow-up with the RyC to obtain their position.
I own shares of VeriSign stock, hold options to purchase additional shares, and have restricted stock units (RSUs) that will vest over time. However, the number of shares I currently own, plus the potential shares I could possibly own if I exercised all options, is diminutive relative to the total number of VeriSign shares.
