The Council of the country code Names Supporting Organisation (ccNSO) today approved ARCEP (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Electroniques et des Postes), the ccTLD operator of.bf (Burkina Faso), as a new ccNSO member.
The ccNSO, which is ICANN's policy development body for ccTLD issues, now numbers 121 members, all of them country code Top Level Domain operators from around the world. ccNSO membership has grown rapidly during recent years. Since the beginning of 2011, eleven new members have been approved.
The ccNSO warmly welcomes .bf to its membership and looks forward to a fruitful collaboration.
