The GNSO Council initiated a two-phased PDP (without specifying whether the UDRP review or the review of RPMs for the gTLDS will be conducted first. The Council decided to create an ad hoc Charter Drafting Team that aims to finalise the Charter (and the order of the reviews) in time for the next Council meeting during ICANN55.
