Barbara Roseman reported that all three task forces had very similar timetables and it was generally found that the policy development process (PDP) made no allowance for data gathering, so the schedules were very compressed in terms of data finding.

The GNSO Chair had proposed requesting the ICANN Board to extend the time frames for all the task forces based on a general schedule that would be set out for the three task forces.

A substantive report on where the task force stood with its work was expected for Rome.

Brian Darville mentioned the communication from Elisabeth Porteneuve regarding the survey that CENTR was undertaking and promised to follow up on the issue with Elisabeth Porteneuve, while Barbara Roseman reported that she had solicited Theresa Swinehart's help with regard to the ccTLDs and the ccNSO launching group.

Brain Darville suggested that Ross Rader's questionnaire to the Registrars on current practices used for data verification be discussed on the next call and in the mean time worked on by e-mail.

He suggested continuing compiling the list of organizations to be approached about data verification and referred to Sarah Deutsch's communication.

Brian Darville thanked everyone for their presence and participation and ended the call at 15:20 UTC.
