Paul Diaz - Registrar Constituency

I am a full-time employee of Network Solutions LLC, an ICANN-accredited registrar offering gTLD and ccTLD domain name registration and Web presence services to our small business customers. Network Solutions also has two affiliated ICANN-accredited registrars, NameSecure L.L.C.
and TLDS L.L.C d/b/a SRSplus. All of these entities are owned by global growth equity firm General Atlantic.

I currently serve as Network Solutions’ Policy & Ethics Manager. My daily responsibilities include handling ICANN-related issues, corporate advocacy at the federal, state and local levels, and administering the Company’s business ethics program.

Network Solutions has partnered with CentralNic to form Central Registry Solutions (CRS). This joint venture helps customers navigate the ICANN application process for new TLDs, and will offer back-end registry and distribution services for such new TLDs. Network Solutions also is a partner with eNom in NameJet, a domain name aftermarket auction company that consolidates an exclusive inventory of expired and deleted domains from top domain name registrars and makes them available for auction.

I have no ownership interest in Network Solutions, its affiliated registrars, joint venture partners, or in any current registry operator.
I am not in possession of any registry sensitive or proprietary information. To the best of my knowledge, I have no ownership interest in any entity that currently has business before the GNSO or ICANN.

Network Solutions is a founding member of the GNSO Registrar Constituency. We also are a member of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB), which participates in the GNSO Business Constituency. Our primary interest in the USCIB is the DNS and Internet Identifiers Working Group.

My commercial interest in ICANN GNSO policy development outcomes is focused on their potential impacts on Network Solutions, its affiliated registrars, and its joint venture initiatives.

I am the director of business development for Sedo.com LLC, an ICANN accredited registrar. Sedo provides an online marketplace of domain names and offers it’s users the tools needed to buy and sell domains among a community of users stretching around the world, including domain appraisals, brokerage services, promotion and a domain parking program. Sedo is a member of the GNSO Registrar Constituency.

Other than the above mentioned relationship, I have no known direct involvement with any other ICANN constituency, supporting organization, or advisory committee.

Cheryl Langdon-Orr - ALAC chair

I am (and have been since 1981) self employed in our family owned and operated business as a working Director Hovtek Pty Ltd., details of this including web links and about more about our related Company BuildersNet Pty Limited., are found on the aforementioned Wiki page.

Type of work performed: A mix of Directors and day-to-day management and administration work typical in a micro or SME business. I am a Director (elected Demand Class) of the Australian Domain Name Administrator, auD. I have no commercial interests I am a gTLD and ccTLD registrant, nor do I represent any commercially interested party in this WG I represent the ALAC.

As stated above in this WG, I represent the ALAC, but it should be noted that I am a founder of a National peak consumer interest group in Australia => the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) and served on the Australian Governments’ Department of BroadbandCommunications and the Digital Economy’s Ministerial group formed to review options possibilities and form this national amalgamation of consumer interest voices including the general consumer disadvantaged, rural, disability and small business sectors, which created this organizations concept charter etc., and was part of the 4 person selection committee that selected the founding Board structure of ACCAN with
Government observers. This NFP organization has shown interest in involvement in GNSO Policy development WG’s in the future and possibly in then NCSG and is in preliminary discussion with Consumers Union and other National and International similar peak body consumer interest groups to look at constituency status therein. Consumers Union is an ALS and ACCAN is planning on becoming one.

I am currently a full professor of information and communication studies at the University Sorbonne nouvelle in Paris, with a special focus on English-speaking media.

I teach at the master’s level courses in media content, media production, regulation and audiences. I am also the director of the master’s programme of “e-learning and media education engineering”. I conduct research on cultural diversity, media governance and media uses by young people.

No. I am a member of civil society, active in a number of international NGOs, especially IAMCR and ECREA.

I have come to be proposed as a team member because of my participation in WSIS, where I was the focal point for the taskforce on education, academia and research and as such a member of the civil society bureau, defending the interests of civil society and academia. Since then i have been part of the internet governance caucus and of Giganet, as well as promoting post-wsis activities within IAMCR and ECREA.

I am Sivasubramnian Muthusamy from India, an entrepreneur with a background in Textile Exports, now CEO of Turiya, a Start Up to make Desktop and Mobile PCs. The Business Plan of my current pursuits are NOT in conflict with the work of ICANN or that of any of the Constituencies or Support Organizations.

I am a participant at the Internet Governance Forum and actively participate in the Internet Governance Caucus. I have been volunteering as President of ISOC India Chennai which is now an ICANN at-Large Structure. I am also serving as the ALAC IDN liaison.

Afilias also has both other registries and registrars as customers and as such, I am exposed to information about sensitive registry business as it relates to Afilias. Our customers may have interests in a number of ICANN policy issues and could be members of other GNSO constituencies and/or supporting organizations. I am also a voting representative for Afilias in the Registry Constituency/Registry Stakeholders Group. I do hold shares and options in that company.
