ICANN Meetings are free and open to anyone who wishes to participate. Online registration is recommended, but not required.
Pre-registered participants are given the option to have their name appear on the public registration list and make changes to their
registration data.

Online registration will officially close at 12:00 pm (PST) on Monday, 16 February 2009. Any registration after that date must be processed onsite.
The Benefits of Registering Before You Arrive at the Meeting
- Knowing the number of attendees will help us plan the venue.
- Having the names of attendees will allow us to prepare pre-printed entrance badges and save you time waiting in line.
- Having the names of most attendees will help with scribes notes and other record keeping.
- Having an email address and country will allow us to notify you if
there are significant issues in visa requirements and so on.
