- Alan Greenberg, ALAC member from the NARALO and the ALAC Liaison to the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO).
On 05 January 2013, this Statement was posted on the At-Large Trademark Clearinghouse "Strawman Solution" Workspace.
On that same day, a call for comments on the draft Statement was sent to At-Large members via the ALAC Working List.
On 10 January 2013, a version incorporating the comments received was posted on the Workspace.
On that same day, Olivier Crépin-Leblond, the Chair of the ALAC, requested that Staff open a five-day ALAC ratification on the Statement.
