At its meeting on 20 November, the ccNSO Council adopted the Guidelines on Financial Contributions 2013. The resolution was published the same day: ccNSO Council Decision on Financial Contribution Guidelines. As seven days has lapsed since this publication without objection, and in accordance with the ccNSO Rules (December 2004), the Guidelines have become effective on 27 November 2013.
