The Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO) invites you to its Showcase event, to be held at the ICANN meeting in Singapore.
We are happy to announce that Dr. Ang Peng Hwa, the eminent Director of the Singapore Internet Research Centre, will be giving the keynote address. In addition, Rajnesh Singh, Regional Director of the Asian Regional Bureau of ISOC, will offer his perspective on APRALO from its inception to today.
This event will give APRALO the opportunity to present its member At-Large Dr. Ang Peng Hwa organizations (ALSes) – and to reach out to potential new ALSes.
The Singapore Showcase is part of a series of regional showcase events that started with the African Showcase at the ICANN Meeting in Nairobi in March 2010. Next came the EURALO Showcase in Brussels in June 2010 and the LACRALO Showcase in Cartagena in December 2010.
We are further honored that, following the APRALO Showcase, Dr. Ang – along with APRALO member Edmon Chung of ISOC-HK – will be a panelist in ICANN’s Forum on DNS Abuse, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. (local time), in the Raffles City Convention Centre’s Canning and Padang Rooms (on Level 4).
