The attached ALAC statement [PDF, 497 KB] on the Draft Final Guidebook was originally prepared on November 20 by Evan Leibovitch, Chair of the At-Large gTLD Working Group, at the request of ALAC. Version 2 was prepared on November 23 based on input from a community meeting. Minor changes made afterwards, based on input of community members
On 7 December, the At-Large Advisory Committee approved the statement on the Proposed Final Applicant Guidebook during its policy session II on 7 December 2010 with 12-0 votes and no abstentions.
On 8 December 2010, the statement was submitted to the public consultation process on Proposed Final New gTLD Applicant Guidebook.
