FRED is opensource software for running distributed TLD registry. It can be used for multiple TLDs (including SLDs) and also ENUM. It fully supports latest technologies such as EPP, DNSSEC, IPv6 etc. It is currently used by several TLDs like .cz, .tz, .ao and others. http://fred.nic.cz/
