Since the Cairo Meeting,http://www.icann.org/en/minutes/resolutions-07nov08.htm, as after mostpublic meetings, the Board has heard criticism of the operation of thepublic forum -- including limited time for public participation and poorremote participation options -- as well as discussing improvingmechanisms for Board feedback to the community. The newly formed PublicParticipation Committee will address these issues as well asinter-meeting communications (including the challenges ALAC has had ingetting responses to its comments).The next Board meeting is scheduled for Dec. 11.--Wendy
