Again just because a effort is difficult does not exclude that such an
effort is not doable or should be engaged. In the USMC, we had
as motto: "The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes just
a little bit longer." But of course ICANN is not staffed by determined
professionals in addressing difficult tasks or efforts. And it is that
attitude in part the is ICANN's weakness as well as flaw...
