Richard and all former DNSO GA members,

  I agree that the responsivness of ICANN has been dismal, and
remains so.  This however should come a no surprise to anyone
that has any experience with or in dealing with the ICANN
BoD and staff.

  So Richard, do not expect and answer any time soon, if at all.
