If you visit the following URL at INAIC:

http://www.inaic.com/index.php?p=tld-registrars

You'll notice ICANN and IANA get top billing. This of course is fraud. Other
companies like Philips Electronics, Akzo Nobel and KFC have also had their
brand names used in this fraudulent way. All three companies sent cease and
desist emails to them and they of course immediately removed those
references.

ICANN however has done nothing. And as a result of doing nothing people
continue to be defrauded since many assume - wrongly - that the INAIC
organization is associated with ICANN.

I have raised this issue on a number of occasions - ICANN of course remains
silent.
