Well John, ask the German tax authorities about the case.
A high school (gymnasium) is a non profit and not allowed to sell anything.
What this boy has been doing would have been very expensive for the school
and his parents if the federal police had not stopped them in time.
Besides on the homepage the boy run for the high school it acted as if it
was a university. That is a fraud and the director, who is not the president,
was not at all amused about that.

When I see how the U.S. tax authorities are hunting Liechtenstein and
Swizzerland
I don't think they take tax evasion lightly either.
