First I want to remind everyone I did not start this discussion. The credit
there goes to the tag team of Palmer and Baxter.

No one is following them anymore. The TLDA is a prime example of the
complete lack of interest in the Xennt Palmer posse scam. At one time we had
40 members including some ccTLDs. Today the only members left in the TLDA
are the people still involved in the scam. Including the president Gene
Marsh - who is not listed as a member.

Everyone else has jumped ship.

I think they have a few TLD renewals from time to time. But because of my
actions in warning defrauded TLD holders in the scam the revenue stream has
dried up. At one time they were making about 100,000 - 300,000 USD per
month. Today they are lucky if they see $1,000 / month. Those months are few
and far between.

At one time we provided public DNS services to most of continental Europe
and Turkey. Of course thanks to my intervention in exposing the scam that
all came to an end in 2005. Today the only people using their resolvers are
those users who go to the site - think it's a good idea and switch their
DNS.

That could be a lot of people. I would not even be able to guess.

Users of their public DNS service - either through INAIC or Worldroot are at
risk. I know this for a fact. They intercept traffic. I have no idea what
they do with the data they gather - i.e. logins, passwords, credit card
numbers etc. etc.

Financially these days the victims list is small. At least no one who does
their homework ends up a victim in the scam. I can confirm that the police
in Goes no longer get financial fraud complaints concerning Herman Xennt.
Prior to 2005 he managed to con people out of their money resulting in
numerous complaints to the Zeeland Police they could do nothing about. But
since I went public Herman has become so well known in the Netherlands as a
con artist no one trusts him anymore.

Last I heard Herman was thinking of a new start in Germany and has been
selling his assets in the Netherlands.

The only person they have left to hurt is the messenger - i.e. me. And as we
can see they do their best.

The only concern I would have is with respect to the security of their
public DNS users.

There is no other reason to concern ourselves with them. They have been
broken thanks to me and i don't expect them to rise again. Except for the
occasional malcontent comment from Palmer or his clone Baxter.

However. If we set aside the fraud there is one positive aspect of all this
which we should concern ourselves with. The project itself was very
successful and proved how easy it is to replace ICANN. That need to replace
ICANN is just as great today as it was back in 2005.
