Karl and all,

All good ?'s Karl, and ones that have been ask before and never
answered adaquately if at all in some cases. What has occurred
is a contrived DNS marketplace without the consent of the
registrant/domain name holder at the behest of the registry and/or
registrar and their respective constituencies in the GNSO clearly
showing that registrants don't and haven't been considered in
such decisions/RAA contract particulars to the extent they
should have been all along. Ergo registrars like RegistryFly
and GoDaddy have a free hand to abuse their position as
"Accredited" status by ICANN upon any registrant with little
concern of any retribution or penalty. Therefore, registrants
are at the mercy of any registry or registrar and can and have
been ruined as a result. Such can in no reasonable manner
be construed as being a good public service.

From my perspective the damage already done has been
tremendous and was known could occur as well as is the
direct responsibility of the ICANN staff and Bod.
