Ehmm..., I wouldn't say the rules are nearly irrelevant. What if the GA forum contains 100 members and just 10 of them participate on votings? And an issue is approved by 6 (the majority of 10 voters)? Can then we say the approved issue represents the GA opinion?

Dominik and all,

CO-Chair, NOT Vice Chair...

Both Chair and CO-Chair to be equally serving as representative
of GA members and subservient to the will of the GA members via
resolution(s) passed simple majority vote or the GA members.

A moderator is not needed as we are all adults...
Voting rules are nearly irrelevant. One man/woman/GA member one
vote is the only rule really needed. It may be useful to have a time
limit for any and all votes.
