This is an excellent idea.
The GA could choose to organize, for instance apply to be an At Large
structure, and get the funding that Nick was referring to, that are foreseen
for At Large activities.
Or could choose to continue to self-exclude.

This is a very productive line of inquiry.  I would hope that Glen takes it
up the ladder as a suggestion.  It is also a strong reminder that the GA is
alive and if it chose to could organize, elect and have representation.
