Veni and all,

  I do not believe that there was or is any cross-cultural difference
between you and I, as you have many times demonstrated you
have a good command of the english language on this forum.

  My remarks were of a general nature, as was and remain
obvious.  I therefor do believe you are again intentionally
obviscating, Veni.  Others have also taken notice of same
from you several times in the past, and made mention of
such.

  Also again as Karl has many times pointed out to you,
you do have a responsibility as a ICANN director to respond
to any and all public comments, publicly.
