Chris and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakehohlders/users,

It has long been known that Vittorio often contradicts himself when
ask pointed or directed questions.  This has been documented over
and over again by many on many public forums.  So it comes as
no surprise to me and I am sure others on this forum that Vittorio
answered as he did.  Double speak.  Such use of language,
whether or not in such a use is in his native language, is obstructionary
in nature.  Please do not regard such nonsense as legitimate or
reasonable.
