Re: [ga] At-Large membership: definition
According to the definition you wrote; "I can only tell you what were my own
reasons for voting in favour. From the diligence we made, it seems that the
applicant is looking towards a broader perspective than the simple promotion
of IP interests they are apparently not interested in acting just as IP
lawyers, but rather as individual users of the net."
I am an individual user of the net. Since you believe that people qualify if
they are applying as an individual user of the net, then I qualify all by
myself, no need for an organization.
Why don't you call your organization "Association of Organizations with an
Interest in the Internet" The AOII. There ya go. Then we can get down to the
business of creating an org that actually represents individual users.
