Art,

  I am sorry but the thread started on a public mailing list and was
also copied to yet another public mailing list.  Hence no violation
of "etiquette" in my ensuring that such posts which I respond to
that originated on a public mailing list be yet again directed again
to said public Mailing list/lists.   In addition there is no law or
excepted standard for "etiquette" that is broadly used or excepted.

 In any event, in that I also included additional comments/remarks,
my response was very appropriate for posting to those whom
were included on public mailing list which this thread originated.
