  Your welcome Art.  One however should not discount Milton in any
way automatically as he has expressed in good form and phrase,
execellent
ideas that should be given serious consideration.

  I would not consider Milton as a "Grass roots orginizer" as he was
a little late in the game so to speak, but he does seem to have an
activist in a positive way, aspect to him.
