Once again you are causing me untold grief -- always a pleasure ;-)
If not for you folks out there testing to the outer limits our free speech we 
would not have wonderful decisions like those covered here:

that the list is filled with California cases. Just think back to what our 
largest industry was founded on here in our Golden Bear State:

to our foray into a Republic to Vietnam era Berkeley we have a strong and proud 
heritage of protecting freedom of expression, i do not chose to be a citizen 
here because of freeways but because of our Freedom. A violation within our 
borders is an afront to all from Ceasar Chavez to Ronald Reagan and William 
Randolph Hearst, to Rose Bird and our McCarthy era Red Jewish Producers. Our 
legacy is true. We will not waiver.
 
Mr. Fowlie has agreed to meet with me in between the Webinar broadcasts 
regarding Policy on May 20th. My posts here are being censored again so I 
include the whole string above, I hope it is not too tiresome.  Perhaps this is 
another reason why list posting is a better idea when left unfettered.  The 
total lack of response to Mr. Pemble is quite disconcerting. The fact that Mr. 
Williams got Mr. Fowlie to unequivically hold that it was the post he cited 
that he is acting on, and that as a fact Mr. Pemble posted it, and not you is 
quite alarming.

Frank. Thanks for the offer but no thanks. My job as monitor of the General 
Assembly is to observe and obey the rules of the assembly. You have neither the 
authority or power to act on behalf of the GA. To complain or appeal to you 
would be inappropriate.

Non the less Frank thanks for the offer.

In my official capacity as monitor of the GA I do have a demand to may to ICANN 
through you. Give us in the General Assembly back our voting rights.

And in my official capacity as the censored and injured party - why was I 
censored. The message you posted with your censorship notice made no sense. 
Please confirm to me the URL is accurate and if you can please spell out in 
clear understandable language why I have been removed (censored) by you from 
the GA.

Dear Hugh:

I know I've been censored. Got this yesterday. I have no idea why that is. The 
message referenced by the censor seems confused.

Could the censor please point out what is inappropriate about the message 
referenced below?

Hugh I think there has been a cut and paste error in the usual haste that is 
ICANN. Hugh can you make sense of this ruling. 

My only other comment is that I find the actions taken by the censor to be 
inappropriate and in violation of the General Assembly rules.

Also Hugh if you will be so kind as to forward the censors ruling - see below.
