I am baffled -- not hard to do, but I thought I had this process down. 
Certainly Mr. Beckstrom told us Denise was in administrative charge of this 
list via the at-small.
The GNSO still has authority over this list. Glenn has never before sent out 
such a message.  Kent is being silent. Our rules were approved and posted. The 
posting referenced was published by Matthew. No one that was referenced has 
complained.
 
However, you did give Mr. Fowlie a hard time back when he "abused" an airline 
employee and was publicly humiliated. So maybe that is what this is about. Hell 
I do not know.
 
But I did want to talk about my TLD, so now that you have time give me a line 
on that. I got some folks want to do some financial beta work.

Dear Hugh:

I know I've been censored. Got this yesterday. I have no idea why that is. The 
message referenced by the censor seems confused.

Could the censor please point out what is inappropriate about the message 
referenced below?

Hugh I think there has been a cut and paste error in the usual haste that is 
ICANN. Hugh can you make sense of this ruling. 

My only other comment is that I find the actions taken by the censor to be 
inappropriate and in violation of the General Assembly rules.

Also Hugh if you will be so kind as to forward the censors ruling - see below.
