No dear. I remind you that resignation was tendered and accepted. Also there
is no mechanism for appointing a list monitor. There must be an election of
the chair in accordance with the rules of the GA before a list monitor is
appointed.

If you want to act in a positive direction - then place the pressure on
ICANN to give this list the appropriate resources we need to elect a chair
and monitor.

Until then I will continue my duties as monitor as will the chair as ICANN
abrogates it's duty to this group.
