This way you eventually close every open ICANN general purpose list, and consider that users are to be definitly squared in RALOs etc? I have no objection as this is a purely ICANN internal issue.

This would give legitimacy to an ICANN users assembly, considering ICANN in its service provision capacity. This might work, but don't you fear it removes credibility to ICANN when it might claim to represent users. Or is it precisely the message you want to convey, considering every ICANN community member as an advisor in order to attain the business plan objectives?
