But he is.  Dierker must have been elected under sifferent rules.  Even

Exactly.  We now have rules.  And those rules are important and must be 
followed.

This the same old argument I have been harping on about for year.  If 
you remain silent - then silent you will be.  Democracies require active 
participation.
