[ga] New gTLD Recommendations Workshop

On Monday 29 October we will be treated to a rare
event -- the GNSO Council will hold a six-hour
workshop explaining how they disrepected the consensus
process and jammed through a series of recommendations
on new gTLDs that do not enjoy community-wide support.

Rather than giving the public the opportunity to
comment at a face-to-face session in advance of the
Council vote, they instead will humor the public after
the fact with a dog and pony show. 

Feel free to ask as many questions as you like -- it
won't change the fact that the vote has already been
cast.
