Thanks Mary.

I understand and appreciate the NCSG's issues. However, considering these 
special circumstances, could the NCSG not extend their current councillors 
until they are in a position to elect new ones?

And if not, what do you suggest be done? That the Council extend its officers 
instead? If so, for how long?

I'm just trying to get a clear picture of what's being asked of us, especially 
in the light of other Councillors' comments that we should go with option 1 and 
not delay the elections.
