I would second any motion like that. I would even go as far to say put it in
the whois along side any made up registry identifier for a registrar.

Hi,

not sure if that fits, but I would like to reiterate the idea that all
registrars are represented by their IANA-ID in transfer notifications that
the registries send, so that the registrars do not have to maintain lists
for
each registry seperately.
