All,

  Fwd by request:

Jeff will you please forward this for me with attention
to Vittorio Bertola and the GNSO General Assembly. I have
already sent this to DOJ and the California AG's office and
received a positive response from the California AG's office
today. And PLEASE sanitize my Email address when you fwd.
And Jeff, please update your signature file as we now have
277,000+ members duly and legally registered.

Thanks Jeff for taking the gaff you have been for all of us
from these malcontents. Again Thanks, M.

Subject: Eric Dierker missives

  Mr. Bertola,

I have sent the following in response from many,
and increasing numbers of our members whom receive
through Jeff's kindness, any and all ICANN related
correspondance members individually request. Our members
have become increasingly concerned about Mr. Eric Dierkers
statements. I felt I should as member coordinator for INEGroup
notify you of this concern independantly.

As only a few of our members are silent ICANN
@large members for observation purposes only, and
due to the membership requirements not meeting the
international definition of Transparent and Open,
we don't comment individually and have not for several
years as a result of such realistically and politically
motivated, inconsistant policies and practices. Yet we
are all domain name registrants and users and have serious
concerns regarding the RAA contract provisions and lack
there of for ourselves and our affiliated organizations as
both registrants and users. Jeff is our official and elected
spokesman for these and all other related issues.

====================================================================

Chapter members, many of us have been following the
continious missives or Mr. Eric Dierker from the
ICANN GNSO "General Assembly" and ICANN @ large
RAA working group. An increasing number of you
have expressed significant concerns regarding Mr.
Eric Dierkers missives, seemingly false statements,
misleading statements, incorrect attributions, poor
or totally incorrect assessments and a increasing number
of other missives. So as our charter and bylaws require,
I have forwarded all of these Emails from Mr. Eric Dierker
directly to law enforcment agencies, and upon separate
request to the California Attorney Generals office.

Many of you have also expressed concern regarding Mr. Eric
Dierkers actions regarding ICANN's GNSO General Assembly which
are legally actionable, and have expressed individually
in many instances seeking legal recourse accordingly or seeking
methods of appropriate crime prevention that is accordingly
applicable. In that vain, we now also have a shared concern
by the California AG's office of similar stated and directly
related concerns re Mr. Eric Dierker.

I also understand a number of you have also sent in eforms
regarding these concerns with the Federal Trade Commission and
other States Attorney Generals offices. Please continue to do
so as you feel appropriate.
