Hi Erick,

When I refer to GA business, I'm referring to the volunteer work regarding 
ICANN issues and policies, that is contributed by GA members. It does ** NOT 
** mean business in the sense of capitalism or money.

Again, I feel sympathetic to your country's mortal and financial losses from 
this horrific event. However, there is a time and place to discuss things. 
The GA mailing list is not that place, as your subject is off-topic.
