Dr. Joe and all,

I wasn't blaming Vint at all. I only posed a straight up ?.
The fact he hasn't answered it, gives me pause. And should
any reasonably thinking individual. I know for a fact the
SEC will be asking this same ? sooner or later. Transparency
and openness are not a cause, it is a legal responsibility
in ICANN's case. Being honest with stock holders, and users
in necessary and a legal mandate as Worldcom/con found out.
Lying to Congress is also no small matter either.
