Interisle Consulting Group, a consortium of individual
consulting practices that focus on the secure
commercial deployment of Internet technologies, was
selected by ICANN's Board of Directors to conduct an
"independent review" of the Nominating Committee.

Former ICANN Director Lyman Chapin is one of
Interisle's four principal consultants -- see

As Lyman was also one of the ICANN directors appointed
to the ICANN Evolution and Reform Committee that
created the "Nominating Committee", one has to wonder
if Lyman will be recusing himself from this project.
