Karl and all,

Good point here. ICANN should not be in the price
fixing business as a means to somehow manage any
TLD name space, nor should registries be seeking
similar ends and asking for ICANN's approval.

The Travel Partnership Corporation and .Travel
sTLD is dead no matter what marketing scheme
envisioned or deployed. .Travel is simply not
viable or desired as a name space. And really
never was.

Reserving domain names in any TLD name space
smacks of protectionism and restraint of trade, would
seem to be in violation of several trade agreements
internationally, as well as has nothing what so ever
to do with internet stability.
