Dr. Dierker and all,

  I was not aware that "unfettered access" = non rational.  Do you
have an authoritative reference for that notion?  If not, than it would
seem "rational" to conclude that such a notion however implied,
is of very questionable validity.  Rebut, Dr. Dierker?
