Ted and all,

  It seems that Veni does not subscribe to this particular bit of
Santayana's philosophy which has been broadly excepted for
several decades, or is unaware of same.  I find this rather
remarkable and concerning, whichever is the case.  As
such one nearly must ask oneself, is this person fit to serve
on any Bod?
