  Your response below is inaccurate, did not address the fact you did
not actually answer Danny's questions, and is also besides my point
as to Danny not looking for "Guidance".  So again Veni, your
obviscating.
As such you have again demonstrated you are behaving very
unprofessionally
as a BoD member of ICANN and therefore should resign or be removed
as a BoD member of ICANN.
