[ga] potential IDN confusion issue with Greek language domains
This time round, I have noticed what I believe to be a bona fide issue with the IDN specs as applied to the Greek language; it has to do with accents. It is currently possible to register IDN domains in Greek with AND without the applicable accents, such that two separate registrations for the same word can exist, albeit one lacks the applicable accent marking(s). I believe this can lead to a very real and serious confusion issue. For example, the addresses ελλάς.com and ελλας.com have been separately registered.
