Paul, and members of the GA:

There is extensive coverage on NANOG and Slashdot
regarding the domain hijacking of panix.com, the
oldest commercial Internet provider in New York.

As ICANN has requested Public Comments on experiences
with inter-registrar transfer policy, this would be a
perfect case study for ICANN Staff to review.
