Best I can figure this word "Stakeholder"

It basically came from four places:

Some deal with the "black Irish" coming over from Spain and taking up stake
in Ireland.
Australian ranchers.
US Frontiersman.
And there is some ancient reference to Germanic Barbaros declaring land off
limits to Romans.

It has to do with physically holding a stake in ones' hand and declaring a
property yours and then pounding it into the dirt.
Funny that the first transcontinental railway was celebrated by the pounding
of a spike - synonomous with stake - and that was the greatest communication
of it's time.  In much of the Balkins the killing of evil must be done with
a stake.
And on a lighter note Aussies and Arizonans love a good steak. ;-)
