Kat and all,

I fully agree that Facebook has been sense it's conception along with
Myspace.com and others

been playing fast an loose with their patrons/customers personal information
that may and in some

instances lead to serious negative consequences for those very
patrons/customers. Disregarding

privacy laws already extant in many countries as Facebook has done had
gotten the attention of

political and LEA leaders all over the globe, many up in arms
accordingly. Recent announcements

by Facebook claiming to have strengthened privacy protections for their
patrons/customers/users

are now difficult to except by some if not many and given Facebooks history
like Myspace, leaves

many skeptical and perhaps will lead to numerous legal class action legal
actions that would leave

such social web sites organizations financially devistated and hinder others
that may later come

along or are already in existence loosing the confidence of not only my
fellow Americans, but

freedom and liberty loving people significantly skeptical if not totally
distrustful and angry

and rightfully so..

As the Internet becomes more and more central to
daily life, the security—or lack thereof—of our personal information on the web
is becoming a major concern.

Internet, we were deeply troubled.

have no idea that their personal information is now floating around the web. So
we put together a simple chart to make the extent of the changes clear and to
spur people to take action to protect their privacy.<SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT:
