Its the same shit as before, Joe - You tell Elisabeth your side of the story
and she answers you
by assuming your rendition of the fact are correct and says that the police
should be involved.
She did not do an independent investigation and is not saying "I did an
investigation and beleive the
facts to be as you say", she is assuming that you are telling her the truth.
For most of humanity, she would be safe, but she does't know you and your
psychotic background
and would perhaps have answered very differently if she knew you.
Again, NO JOE, SHE IS NOT TAKING YOUR POINT OF VIEW, JUST BEING NICE AND
ASSUMING
THAT THERE IS SOMETHING TO WHAT YOU SAY, which there isn't.

Another MEP supports my position. See appended. Now here is the million
dollar question. Have the police even been involved? The principle promised he
would apply the German law - but it is certainly taking a bit of time for the
law to catch up. Con and scam artists are served well by bureaucratic
ineptitude.
