So what was that you were saying, Hugh?
You can chose not to pay it. You have no right to be a domain name
reseller or even user.
And therein lies the gist of the problem. The REGISTRANTS HAVE NO
RIGHTS.
However if you self organized and were not so cheap as to pay for
that organization then you would have the collective powers to
assert and develop a right. I cannot find a single reference
anywhere that gives you a right to have a voice in the governance of
the Internet.
Well, this isn't the Internet, this is "names and numbers".
