[ga] 7. The EDDP & RGP

Here is what Danny had to say about this program:
"7. The EDDP requires registrars to post on their website the actual fees
charged to registered name holders for recovering domain names that are in
RGP. Close to 500 registrars are in default of their obligations"
Probably we should take this with a grain of salt. Probably Danny's definition
of default is closer to what he would like than stark reality. But the point
remains. Registrants need representation to hold ICANN accountable on such
matters.
Of course the issue remains, why are they not doing that without a new niche
comfortably laid out for them? They must not really care that much.
