The recently publicized NCUC paper and letter to Beckstrom was not published 
here.
 
Milton Mueller is the reason why.
 
Muellers representative approach is to only allow individuals any 
representation in ICANN or Internet Governance through sealed off and elite 
organizations that he approves of.
 
The "individuals" touted are only speaking on behalf of the establishment.  
There is no individual user voice or voices within the NCUC.
 
Here are standard rules to remain a speaking member at NCUC, these come from 
their social networking site:
Termination
Ning has the right (at its sole discretion) for any reason to (i) delete, 
disable or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or 
otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Ning Platform or any Social 
Network, (ii) remove and discard any Network Code or Content within any Social 
Network or anywhere on the Ning Platform or (iii) shut down a Social Network, 
with or without notice, and with no liability of any kind to you.
