[ga] OT: XP Reprieve, Downgrade May Continue After Win7

Eric,

  Seems that MS has yet again granted a reprieve for XP.
I for one am not surprised as in reality their biggest customer
the USG refused to migrate to Vista and most of the rest of
their customers followed suit accordingly although they did so
in a rather convoluted manner so as to look as though they
didn't make a mistake.
